Reproducing the physical experience in digital space

For the Homepage Hero exploration, we reproduced the feeling of visiting the archive and experiencing what Michelle and Yussef had pulled for your visit, laying out archival material on tables. Similar to a real world experience, the items do not automatically have contextual information available allowing the user to experience the item visually without directing their attention in a specific way.
